Product Overview

Send and receive Colombian pesos (COP) with Bitso. Colombia Payments connects your platform to the country’s main rails — Bre-B, PSE, and bank transfers (ACH) — with one consistent REST contract, real-time webhook updates, and clear status lifecycles.

Key Features & Benefits

  • One API for COP rails: Use the same resources for Bre-B alias payments, PSE redirect charges, and ACH bank transfers.
  • Payouts and pay-ins: Create payouts, register Bre-B pay-in keys to receive funds, start PSE pay-in intents, and read settled pay-ins.
  • Real-time notifications: Webhooks keep your system informed as payouts, pay-in intents, and pay-ins change status.
  • Secure & reliable: All requests must be authenticated using your Bitso API key and secret (HMAC).
  • Safe retries: For Bre-B payouts, preview_payout_id is the idempotency key — the Idempotency-Key header is not supported for that flow.
